Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were clean and equipped with basic amenities, they appeared in need of renovation, with the air conditioning being less effective. The location directly in front of the beach was a major perk, but some service issues detracted from the overall experience. Dining offered variety but came with high prices and crowded conditions during peak times.

Rooms
7.0
Our room, although clean and equipped with a water cooker and mini-fridge, felt small and narrow compared to the room for our kids. The need for renovation was noticeable, and the air conditioning could have been more effective.
Service
5.0
The service encountered some issues, including arguments in the corridors and unfriendly responses to our concerns. Additionally, we were denied access to the spa just an hour before closing, which was disappointing. Communication with the manager didn't resolve the situation easily.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location in the Ein Bokek area was excellent, offering plenty of space for sunbathing with preserved mid-century architecture. Being directly in front of the beach and close to Ein Bokek, it truly provided a unique experience along the incredible Dead Sea.
Dining
5.0
The dining options had a variety to choose from, but the high price of 100 NIS per person was not justified by the quality, which was also disappointing. The weekends created a crowded atmosphere that affected the overall dining experience.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were basic, catering to essential needs with no standout features. The value for money was questionable given the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable despite some noise from the surroundings. The room, although infested with mosquitoes, was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view of the sea.

Rooms

The room was comfortable and spacious, clean, and with a nice view of the sea, but there was some noise from the elevator and air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was infested with mosquitoes.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of experiences. In Amman, Irbid, and Aqaba, the service was very good and nice, but in some instances, it was quite rude and not very receptive to answering questions.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated on a small hill near the beach, offering a great view. However, more restaurant and bar choices would have been appreciated.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were plentiful and varied, catering to different preferences. However, there were limited options for continental or American food.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable with amazing views, but lacking a balcony. The service was not particularly pleasant overall, although some staff members were helpful. The location was convenient with nearby shopping areas and beach access but not directly on the seafront. Dining offered delicious options, especially highlighting the veal dish, and the facilities were up to high standards.

Rooms

The room was very spacious and had amazing views from both the living area and the bedroom.
Service
6.0
While the service was not consistently friendly, some staff members were helpful which compensated for the rest.

The hotel offers clean rooms with a nice touch of a bottle of water and cookies provided. While pretty spacious, we experienced a minor issue with the door's hinges breaking off upon entry, although the room itself was clean and spacious. The service was professional overall, with a highlight of them going out of their way to prepare a picnic breakfast for our early morning hike. The location is lovely, especially the private Dead Sea beach, although some maintenance issues were noted. Dining was a delightful experience with plenty of healthy and local food options.

The hotel rooms are big, clean, and well-maintained, featuring a mini safe, although they could use some updating. The exceptional service, especially thanks to CEO Boaz, makes up for any outdated decor. The location is beautiful with shaded areas but lacks sufficient loungers. The delicious breakfast offers a large selection, albeit mainly kosher choices. The facilities are impressive with a variety of lounge furniture and sunbeds.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, but cleanliness was an issue with stains on various items. The service was mostly helpful, although there were instances of delays. The location was convenient but crowded, and the dining options were hit or miss.
